Service Description

Meditative Prayer Sessions: Helping to block out the noise of our daily lives and strengthen our connection with God. Recentering Meditation Session: A more secular approach to meditation to help promote emotional regulation and self-awareness. The goal of all meditation sessions is to promote self-care practices by teaching clients the skills to meditate on their own.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact with 24 hour notice if needing to cancel or reschedule. No show fee applies with no advance notice. No show fee is half of scheduled service fee.
