Service Description

I am a DDA provider, Specialized Habilitation is a service paid by the aggregate waiver budget. Specialized Habilitation is person centered training in areas such as Self-Empowerment, Safety Awareness and Self-Advocacy, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Effective Social Communication, Coping Strategies Regarding Everyday Life Challenges and Managing Daily Tasks and Acquiring Adaptive Skills.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact with 24 hour notice if needing to cancel or reschedule. No show fee applies with no advance notice. No show fee is half of scheduled service fee.
