Staff and Family Consultation

Service Description

Staff and Family Consultation provides the following assistance, consultation and training for families, direct staff, or personal care providers to meet the specific needs of the waiver participant as outlined in the individual's plan of care, including; Health and medication monitoring, Positive behavior support and augmentative communication systems, Coordinate with client, family, staff or caregiver to: Perform an assessment of need. Develop a Training Plan. Provide individual training services. Provide group training services. and/or Provide consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact with 24 hour notice if needing to cancel or reschedule. No show fee applies with no advance notice. No show fee is half of scheduled service fee.
